You did an exemplary job building our home. Three attributes in particular were of special importance to me:
(1) I never had to worry about sloppy workmanship or mistakes being covered up. Everything you did was the very best.
(2) You used subcontractors who seemed trustworthy also - good men.
(3) And you finished up the little details at the end.
