I have recently had construction done at my home on Lynn Rd. by Diversified Home Builders, and I commend them for doing an outstanding job. I specifically commend Mr. Robert Carney, Mr. Jack Key, Mr. James Edney, Mr. Bob Leidheiser and Mr. Bill Leidheiser for both their skills and attitude.
The construction consisted of:
- Removing a small room
- Taking down a wall
- Adding a new room, 20' x 17' with connector
- Adding a deck, 36' x 8'
- Adding a carport with storage shed

The work was completed on time and in a professional manner.
Mr. Carney has a keen knowledge of, and was closely involved in, all phases of the work. He is easy going, yet firm in demanding high quality workmanship from his employees. His schedule and selection of subcontractors was excellent. His Office Manager, Mrs. Carney, was ever available and helpful in selecting materials, and seeing that they were ordered and delivered on time.
Both he and his men are outstanding in their workmanship and attention to detail. Their individual knowledge of construction, what needs to be done, and their team effor to do it, provides an economy of effort found on few jobs.
Mr. Carney is honest and fair in his business dealings. I would give him the highest consideration on any future construction project, and recommend him to anyone wanting a first class job.
